FR fire resistant sidewall conveyor belt for coal mining
The FR fire resistant sidewall conveyor belt can make all kinds of bulk materials with 0-90 degrees to be used for continuous conveying, with large inclination, wide range of use and small area.
No transfer point, less investment in civil construction, low maintenance cost, large throughput, etc., solve the transportation Angle that ordinary conveyor belt or pattern conveyor belt cannot reach.
The base belt consists of four parts: Top cover rubber , fabric layer and bottom rubber cover.
The cover rubber thickness is generally 3-6mm;
The cover thickness is generally 1.5-4.5mm.
The material can be made of cotton fabric (CC), nylon fabric (NN), polyester fabric(EP) or steel cable (ST).
In order to increase the transverse rigidity of the basebelt, a special strengthening layer is added in the core body, which is called transverse rigid layer.
The width of the basebelt is the same as that of ordinary tape, which conforms to the standard of GB/ t7984-2001.

Belt Handling

It is essential that when offloading and unpacking the belt that the utmost care be taken not to damage the belt. The belt should be unpacked as the following sketches, it is most important that under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should a steel cable or rope be used to lift the belt either out of a crate of onto the conveyor.
