Belt carcass: EP fabric (D.S.EP or CC56) of high modulus,low shrink,and high breaking tensile strength.

Cover rubber: SBR, CR, EPDM or CBK that has very good high temperature resistance.

Heat resistant belt: made with extra care after mixing rubber with high temperature resistant materials, assembling and vulcanizing.

Application of  Large Angle Belt Conveyor System

Used in coal mine conveying system of inclined shaft and sub-inclined shaft who have high angles.

We have various types of DTC large angle belt conveyor based on belt width, 

such as 650mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1400mm, 1600mm, 1800mm, 2000mm, etc.

Highest Angle is up 31°, lowest -25°. Maximum conveying speed 3.15m/s. Deep groove idler and 

patterned belt can make sure that material is smoothly conveyed under high angle condition.

(The following points should be pay attention to: Belt Conveyors can be operated in the circumstance 

temperature range from -20°C to +40°C. The temperature of transferred material 

by Belt Conveyors should be lower than 50°C.)
