The Chevron Conveyor Belt is used to convey materials under wet, loose or bagged conditions on slopes. The patterns on the surface can keep the carrying materials from slide and largely increase the efficiency of conveying.
The belt is fitted with integrally moulded cleats which prevent the material from sliding backwards as would be the case with a smooth surface belt.
Different cleat designs allow the carrying of many types of material, from bulk solids to unit load.
Structures:
Chevron conveyor belt is made up of three parts, the top, the core and the bottom. Core is made of several plies canvas sticking together, the top and the bottom is made of rubber.
Application:
Chevron conveyor belt is compatible with conveying loose, bulky or bagged materials on inclined surface at angles of less than 40 degrees. It is widely used quarries, sandpits, cement works, lime works and farming conveying of beets, grains, potatoes, fertilizers, wooden chips,coal and coke transport, sugar refineries, salt mines, mobile crushers and screens.
