1 Lower Costs

We adopt peculiar transverse stiffness base belt to resolve collapse issues when large-scale conveyor belt returns. We desire to reduce maintenance downtime and power loss, as well as extend conveyor belt using life, which aim to gain lower costs.

2 Unique Cleat Design

The cleat is made of composite fiber material, it has characteristics of supper stiffness, impact resistance, avoidance of deformation under stress. For the sake of convenient maintenance, the cleat could be made as cyclopean type, like TS type and TCS type when the cleat is wearing seriously. When the slant angle of conveyor is less than 40 degree, cleat should be T type or TS type, however, when the slant angle is more than 40 degree, it should be C or TC or TCS type.

3 Sidewall

Cleat should be corresponded with wave peak when we arrange a distance between cleats, which can prevent material leaking from the gap between sidewall and cleat. It can also avoid accumulating material in blind angle. We embed screws between cleat and sidewall with the purpose of reinforcing integral rigidity ,solving material leaky problems.
