PVC/PVG solid woven conveyor belt
Also called “PVC/PVG solid woven entire core belt”.
PVC and PVG Entire core belt conveyor belt has the advantages of strong strength, large freight volume, transportation balance, etc., while in the meantime this conveyor belt has very good flame resistance, antistatic property , impact resistance, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance.
Applications:
This conveyor belt is applicable in all areas, especially areas with high impact conditions and low maintenance requirements, such as coal mining, power plant, chemical factory, metallurgy industry, etc.
Entire core flame retardant belt conveyor belt can be divided into PVC type and PVG type.
- Properties – Excellent flame, Anti-static characteristics for fiery applications
- Strength – High tensile strength in proportion to weight
- Carcass – Good integrity, no delamination and excellent resistance to impact
- PVC – Solid Woven Fabric dipped in PVC paste combined together by vulcanization
- Application – Utilized in dry conditions with a slope angle less than 16°
- PVG – Solid Woven Fabric dipped in PVC paste including Nitrile rubber covers combined by vulcanization
- Application – Utilized in wet and low temperature applications. Resistant to wear, slip and elongation
The solid woven fabric uses high tensile strength and low elongation polyester long filament as warp fibre, for weft fibre, it uses high tensile and medium modulus nylon filament. The fabric is high in strength, low in elongation, light in carcass, free of separation of plies, shock resistant, anti-tear and good in trough ability.
