High temperature conveyor belt for Cement Clinker

High temperature conveyor belt for Cement Clinker

High temperature conveyor belt for Cement Clinker have found wide acceptance in various Industries , Heat Resistant Belt for Cement Clinker are required for transporting materials above temperature of 60°C. It is used for handling Material Like Sinter ,Coke, Phosphate and Clinker etc).

high temperature flat belt
As per DIN Standard, We Have Heat resistant belts in four different types which has been categorized as below.

HR T1 Heat Resistant Grade Belts

• HR(T1) – Our range of HR (T1) Conveyor Belts are suitable to convey material in continuous Temperature of 125 degree centigrade for coarse materials and 100 degree Centigrade for fines. Maximum Intermittent Temperature upto 125 mainly used in Paper, Foundries, Chemical & Fertilizer plants etc.

HR T2 Heat Resistant Grade Belts

•  HR (T2) – Our range of  HR (T2) Conveyor Belts are suitable to convey material up to 125 degree centigrade for fines and 150 degree centigrade for coarse material. Maximum Intermittent Temperature up to 150 ,These Conveyor belts are mainly used for conveying Sintered ore, Pellet, Coke, and Clinker Etc.

HR T3 Grade Heat Resistant Conveyor Belts

Our range of  HR(T3) Grade Conveyor Belts are used for high temperature applications, it is suitable to convey material in continuous Temperature of 150 degree centigrade and a peak temperature of 180 degree centigrade. Maximum Intermittent Temperature upto 180 These conveyor belts are mainly used to handle red hot materials such as Cement, Clinker, Sintered Ore and Phosphate.

The High temperature flat belt experienced when transporting clinker in cement plants place. special demands on conveyor belts and carcasses. To minimise costly repairs and plant shutdowns, a guide to selecting a heat-resistant conveyor belt is presented below, taking into account the key factors for consideration.

There are three key factors to consider when choosing a heat-resistant belt.

1. Temperature range of materials being carried. The first and most critical consideration is the actual temperature range of the materials being carried on the conveyor. The temperature limits that a belt can withstand are viewed in two ways: the maximum continuous. the treatments used to create the heat resistance have a very negative effect
on the rubber’s ability to resist abrasion. Therefore, they invariably need to be
replaced at much more frequent intervals because of wear compared to standard rubber belting. At this dilemma has been solved by developing rubber cover compounds that have a virtually unique combination of both heat- and wearresistant qualities. This results in a much longer operational lifespan. For example, ISO 4195 laboratory testing has shown that following continuous exposure to 150˚C for seven days.

When deciding on which type of heat-resistant belt to order, We advises buyers to be very specific when making requests for quotations from manufacturers and suppliers and to always ask for technical datasheets. However, even these can often show only the minimum required standards rather than the standards that the belt can be
expected to achieve. The actual belt delivered to site may well not be up to the required standard.
