SOLID WOVEN CONVEYOR BELT(PVC/PVG)
680S-1600S PVC/PVG coal mine conveyor belting has the advantages of strong strength, large freight volume, transportation balance, etc., while in the meantime this conveyor belt has very good flame resistance, antistatic property, impact resistance, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance.
Customer inquiry has some special requirements, such as conveying belt width to achieve 1829mm. We have advanced vulcanization machine equipment, can production wide sulfide 2200mm width of the conveyor belt. At this point, we can meet the needs of customers.
The belt has good flame resistant and anti-static properties, it can fully satisfy the requirements of MT-914 and is especially suitable for material conveying at inflammable of underground coal mines.

PVG type is covered with covers mainly composed of rubber, which further improves the trough ability, resistance to wetness and slip, resistance to low temperature elongation and wear resistance of the belt.
Thus it can not only enhance the slope angle of conveying but also elongate life of belt.
