Chevron belt conveyor design :
1. V profile pattern: Suitable for ≤40 degree inclination of powdery, granular, small pieces of material transport, can also transport bagged materials.
2.Stripe pattern: Suitable for horizontal conveying packaging of ≤30 degree inclination. In the case of grooving, can replace the V profile pattern.
3. Dot pattern: convex granular pattern is suitable for soft packaging or material handling (such as cardboard boxes) or no sliding conveying.
The concave-shaped granular pattern is suitable for the granular conveying of ≤45 degree inclination.
4. Fan pattern use: Suitable for ≤60 degree large inclination conveying powder, granules and bulk materials.
