Application
Our client had tremendous success in the sugar industry, having to their credit the ability of being able to convey all forms of sugar, namely the sugar cane, shredded cane, bagasse, bagasse pith, raw brown sugar and refined white sugar.
The very first application was at materials handling system was to replace the existing blow line system for handling bagasse to and from a stockpile area.
Belt Construction:
Polyester Nylon (PN or EP) Construction
· Synthetic woven fabric, with polyester fiber in the warp and nylon fiber in the weft
· Comprising of top and bottom cover rubber; various cover thicknesses available to meet requirements
· Textile fabric carcass of one or more plies to provide the tensile strength
· Rubber skim coats which play a significant role in determining the belt load support
· Cut or Moulded Edges
· Manufactured to AS1332 or DIN Standards
