Skit Endless conveyor belt
The skirt endless conveyor belt is divided into two types: the skirt without cleat conveyor belt and with the cleat conveyor belt. All kinds of bulk materials can be delivered at 0-90 degrees at arbitrary angle, with large angle of transport, widly use and small area. No transport point, less investment in civil engineering, low maintenance cost, large volume of transportation and other characteristics, which solves the conveying angle that flat conveyor belt or chevron conveyor belt cannot achieve. The chevron belt conveyer belt can be designed as a complete conveying system according to the requirement, avoiding the lifting system of discontinuous transportation and complicated transportation.
Skit Endless conveyor belt – Base Belt
The basebelt is composed of 4 parts: top cover rubber , lower cover rubber, core and cross strength . The thickness of the top cover is generally 3-6mm, and the thickness of the cover is generally 1.5-4.5mm. The core material is subjected to tension, and the material can be CC, NN, EP, or ST. In order to increase the cross weft rigidity of the baseband, a special reinforcement layer is added to the core, which is called the lateral rigid layer. The width of the baseband is the same as that of flat belt, which is in accordance with the standard of GB/T7984-2001.
